They say that the hardest type of chinese dumpling is the Xiao long bao/ xiao long pao (i don’t know the real spelling), they say because of the intricate folds. Also some consider it a miracle as to how the soup manages to get inside the dumpling….

The main branch of House of Lasagna is in San Juan, which is a little bit not accessible for commuters like me. So when I heard they opened a branch in Centris, I invited my friends from office to try out their food.
Since the place is new, it is clean and spacious. Not overcrowded or anything….
